Recommended Sites

This is my favorite site for finding nutrition facts for all sorts of foods.  It even includes the few obscurities, such as squirrel or dandelion greens.  It also gives you the option to choose how the food will be served i.e. with salt, without salt, raw, boiled, etc.

I have always found‘s information to be accurate and up-to-date.  They review everything from exercises, to diets, to food specifics.  It is a plethora of information.

Anytime you are looking for supplements, it is always a good idea to check out first.  I often find my supplements at nearly half the price on amazon rather than getting them from the store or GNC.
