Weed Weekly

It’s the little things that get overlooked, and yet, in the end, there are no little things.

While most Americans can identify over 100 logos and product labels, the majority cannot even identify what type of grass or trees are growing in their front yard.  This is incredibly unfortunate because there are so many medicinal and delicious plants that grow wild in our own back yards.  Before you pluck, pull, poison or destroy those wonderful plants, often thought of as weeds, learn a little about them.  I offer up info on where to find them, how to cook them, and what they are good for.
Take some time to read up on some plants that you didn’t even know existed!  Don’t overlook the little things!
